What You'll Be Doing

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will oversee daily operations, engage with guests, and support your team to meet Hilton Brand service standards.

Lead and support daily Food and Beverage operations.

Lead and motivate the team, ensuring brand standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded.

Train and develop team members, maintaining a professional manner and staying updated on hotel events, local attractions, and guest services.

Provide a-la-carte and / or buffet style service in line with Hilton Brand Service Standards.

Understand menu content, menu changes, and promotional activities.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a Food and Beverage supervisory role, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.

Experience leading and motivating team members.

Commitment to delivering a luxury dining experience.

Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Well-presented, organised and calm personality.

Knowledge of food & wine pairing is an advantage.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management is an advantage.
