Job DescriptionWe're looking for outgoing, down-to-earth, and enthusiastic crew members with a passion for storytelling to join our crew.What you'll be doing : Welcoming guests with passion and gusto – and guiding them through a 90 minute, world-class, unforgettable fantastical FX film experienceGuiding tours in both Mandarin and EnglishBeing part of our Weta Cave retail teamSelling and processing ticketsHelping to inspire guests to start a collection of their own by sharing your enthusiasm, in-depth product knowledge, and sales focus, creating a retail experience like no otherWhat we're looking for in you?

Previous host, retail / sales, guiding or guest / customer service experienceA passion for movies, visual effects, graphics and / or novelsAn upbeat, enthusiastic outlook and commitment to providing an excellent customer experienceProficiency in speaking Mandarin and EnglishHours : Opening hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm, 7 days a week.
