Your key responsibilities will include : Managing client relationships and overseeing transactions involving property purchases, sales, developments, businesses, and lease agreements.Handling commercial property transactions from pre-contract through to post-settlement, including subdivisions.Advising on business sales and purchases, company structures, and mergers & acquisitions.Ensuring key performance targets are met, including billable hours.Providing high-level support to Partners and assisting with complex legal matters.About YouYou are an experienced and confident Legal Executive who : Has 4+ years of experience in commercial property law or a strong general practice background with exposure to leasing, franchise agreements, and residential conveyancing.Is a capable fee earner who can manage transactions with confidence.Thrives in a collaborative team environment and enjoys mentoring or sharing knowledge.Has excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.What's in it for You?
