As the lead recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting our talent strategy that aligns with Maritime NZ's values, culture, and long-term vision.
Reporting to the Manager Recruitment and Workforce Planning, your focus will be on building strong partnerships with our hiring managers to attract, engage, retain top talent and manage the recruitment cycle.
Some of our roles are technical in nature and will require international recruitment working alongside INZ and our mobile relocation company.
We're a small team so we're looking for someone that doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up, at times you may be required to help with recruitment coordination while our Payroll and Workforce Coordinator is away.
