Accounts Receivable Process Lead

RealNZ is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Lead to join our finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing AR team, drive process improvements, and play a key role in cash management across the Group.

As the Accounts Receivable Lead, you'll oversee the AR function, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, efficient debtor management, and strong cash flow processes.

You'll lead a small team, collaborate across departments, and champion system and process improvements to enhance financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team

Manage aged receivables and ensure timely collections

Own cash management and banking processes across the Group

Prepare and reconcile daily banking and EFTPOS revenue

Support month-end and year-end reporting and audits

Drive continuous improvement and automation in AR processes

Ensure compliance with GST legislation and internal policies

Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, and Finance teams

What You'll Bring

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail

Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance (preferred)

Team leadership experience (preferred)

Business administration or equivalent qualification (preferred)
