Finance Manager (Regional) #66311

Salary Package : Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration : Permanent

Working Location : Ayer Rajah (near MRT)

Working Hours : 5 Days, Mon-Thu (8.30 AM - 6 PM), Fri (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Accounts staff (including overseas) in administering the overall financial functions and information systems encompassing monthly and yearly financial reports.
  • Participate in planning and advise Managing Director in financial related matters.
  • Manage all corporate tax and GST matters.
  • Supervise the full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and handle full set of accounts.
  • Provide consolidated financial statements, management reports and budgets, including financial analysis and review timely.
  • Handle daily financial operations while upholding strict compliance to financial policies and regulations.
  • Manage the company’s Fixed Assets.
  • Develop and implement internal control process and procedure documentation.
  • Manage treasury operations including cash flow for all countries, credit control, foreign exchange management, banker's guarantees and trade financing (Import & Export LC).
  • Review and prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and management reports of overseas operations in regional countries.
  • Act as a liaison with financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and relevant authorities.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional accountancy qualification.
  • CPA / ACCA certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
  • Excellent accounting knowledge and application of accounting standards.
  • Experienced in financial consolidation and audit processes.
  • Regional accounting experience is an added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese to communicate with overseas offices, including Chinese speaking associates.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central software (good to have).
  • Able to travel for occasional business trips.
