We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Admissions (enrolment manager) to lead enrolment growth at ACG Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty. This is a people-focused, relationship-driven role responsible for achieving student enrolment targets while delivering an exceptional experience for families from enquiry to enrolment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact, showcase creativity, and represent one of the region’s leading private schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enrolments across Primary and College by meeting or exceeding targets
• Build strong relationships with parents, community partners, and feeder schools
• Lead and support marketing initiatives (Open Days, expos, parent evenings)
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular enrolment reporting
• Collaborate with school leadership, staff, and marketing to drive student retention and growth
