As an HR Operations Executive, you will focus on payroll processing and daily HR operational support, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, accurate and timely delivery of employee lifecycle transactions and payroll.
What You'll Do
Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing, including data preparation and vendor coordination (not limited to Singapore employees).
Ensure compliance with local payroll legislations and tax regulations, ensuring accurate and timely processing (CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.).
Ensure smooth daily local / regional HR Operations including employee onboarding, off-boarding, leave management, employment related letters, application and renewal of work passes, personnel file management, and any regional office day-to-day personnel administration services.
Process and follow up on employee claims and all government-related claims such as NS, childcare, maternity / paternity claims etc.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory reports such as the labour market survey and other filings to government agencies.
Handle employee leave management.
Participate in transferring HR documents to Google Workspace and developing HR-related Google Forms for process automation and data collection.
Update HRIS to maintain data accuracy.
Support reporting and audit requirements as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, HR operations and HR policies.
What You'll Need
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of solid payroll expertise.
Well versed in Hong Kong employment laws, tax and MPF regulations a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Meet.
