Providing technical oversight and harnessing a risk-based approach, you\'ll be a leader in delivery Mercury\'s Dam Safety Assurance programme and be a key contributor to prioritising investment decisions.
You\'ll work closely with Mercury\'s Operations and Major Civil Projects Team in executing complex initiatives.About YouRelationship focused and experienced working with a range of stakeholders, you will bring a pragmatic approach with the ability to communicate your strategic directions to both the Executive Leadership Team and those on the ground.
Degree qualified and with a strong background related to dams you\'ll be an experienced Civil Engineer (or Geotechnical Engineer) that thrives in an influential role, guiding impactful decisions.The OpportunityPlay an influential role in shaping the management of Mercury\'s key strategic hydro assets.
In this key technical leadership position, you\'ll have access to plenty of variety, with a mix of office and site-based work, supporting multiple sites and different dam types across the Waikato.
