You'll be supported to do meaningful work that has a real impact every day.Role : Principal Engineer - PegaMo te Turanga | About the role : As a Principal Engineer, you'll solve complex engineering challenges and design solutions that uplift our entire Engineering Practice.

You'll play a key role in building and maintaining ASB's Pega Centre of Excellence — working across a modernisation and integration programme that spans Pega, Data, CRM and enterprise-scale integration.

You'll bring technical and non-technical leaders on the journey by building trust, maintaining momentum, and removing roadblocks to deliver meaningful business outcomes.You'll be part of a tight-knit, autonomous, multi-disciplinary team of Principal Engineers driving engineering excellence across ASB.

O Pukenga | About youWe're looking for a seasoned Engineering leader or Architect with experience in modern tech environments at scale.
