Through integration and collaboration, we - re building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the RoleThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent Level 5 / 6 Qualified NZ Pharmacy Technician to become part of our team as the Lead Pharmacy Technician.Your primary roles as the Lead Pharmacy Technician will be : To provide the day-to-day management of technical duties of the dispensary, including all aspects of dispensing, procurement, stock management, repacking, and compoundingTo participate in and provide leadership in quality improvement projects, education / training, audits, and other innovation initiativesTo provide supervision, direction, and mentoring to the pharmacy technician staff and pharmacists engaged in the delivery of the pharmacy dispensary serviceAbout the Team / Service LocationThe pharmacy team is well respected by clinicians, nursing staff, and senior management across the organisation, and is constantly looking at ways to improve the service and care it delivers.
