As a Senior Waiter , you will deliver high quality food and beverage services. Ensuring you are providing an overall excellent experience to restaurant patronage. You will also;

• 2-year hospitality experience & 1 year waiter or 'a la carte', experience
• Sound and proven oral and written communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the menu and wine list and have the ability to confidently food and wine match.
• Be a mentor to all junior staff, ensuring standards remain consistently high
• Laundered uniforms provided at the start of every shift
• Staff cafeteria with $2.50 meals open 24 / 7
