Depot is about shellfish shucked fresh to order, food cooked over charcoal and wood making for more succulent, flavourful seasonal dishes, beautifully cooked and to be enjoyed with friends.

You'll likely be someone with a spring in your step and a passion for good food and a bit of banter.

As well as :

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service

Be flexible to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Have a great attitude and be a team player!
