To be successful in this role, you will be able to draw on your extensive food & wine knowledge to ensure all needs are met to the highest standard as well as;

• You'll be someone with 3+ years' wait staff experience in an a la carte restaurant
• You'll be confident overseeing your own section of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service
• Flexible to work our busy shifts which tends to be nights and weekends
