We need someone that enjoys a variety of work and is willing to learn all aspects of our business so they can offer support when any of our team are on leave.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Managing Director and team with administrative duties such as : Recruiting and onboarding administrationManage emails, candidate interviews and client callsHR dutiesData input, loading employee records into systemStock take and update records for PPE and stationaryVehicle AuditsQualificationsA strong administration / PA backgroundHR experienceProfessionalism and confidentialityExcellent and clear communication, both verbal and writtenHigh attention to detail and the ability to work under pressureExcellent computer skillsThis role will suit someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality, who is professionally presented and process driven.
