About you :

You hold NZ teacher registration in ECE or Primary and bring a warm, nurturing presence.

Clear communication, trusted relationships with whanau and colleagues, and a love of child-led learning come naturally.

You are confident with Te Whariki, planning, and assessment, and you value inclusive practice that helps tamariki feel safe, curious, and ready to explore.

The mahi :

Designing thoughtful, play-based experiences that honour children's ideas, observe learning with care, and contribute to planning and learning stories that reflect each child's voice.

You will champion safety and wellbeing, support smooth routines, and partner closely with whanau so progress is noticed, celebrated, and shared.
