About The Team
The Workday Success Plans Delivery Team plays a crucial role in ensuring customers maximise the value they get from their Workday products. We focus on customers’ post‑go‑live journey, delivering a variety of programs and services ranging from feature assessments to full feature deployments to support their growing and changing business needs within Workday.
About The Role
As part of the Workday Success Plans team, you will work directly with customers through targeted micro‑consulting engagements to help solve their business needs using the Workday application. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, assisting customers with how‑to questions, guiding configuration, and providing feature demonstrations.
Primary Responsibilities
Conducting research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts.
Feature Adoption Workshops (facilitate customer Workday feature roadmap discussions).
Collaboration Crews (facilitate group customer sharing discussions).
