Role : Management Consultant

The Work

As a Change Analyst within our Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, you’ll play a key role in supporting some of New Zealand’s largest transformation programs — helping organisations navigate change, engage their people, and realise business value through their workforce.

You will :

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans to support large-scale transformation programs.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness analysis to inform transition planning.
  • Develop and support communications, training, and engagement activities that enable effective adoption of new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to manage change across projects involving technology, operating model, and process transformation.
  • Support project governance, reporting, and delivery milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and client experience.
  • Leverage data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of change interventions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking consultants who are passionate about people, transformation, and driving meaningful change for our clients.

Key skills and attributes :

  • 2–4 years’ experience in change management, transformation, or communications (either in-house or consulting).
  • Foundational understanding of change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to craft clear and engaging messages.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset; comfortable working with data and insights to shape recommendations.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

    Salary range : NZD $80,000 – NZD $120,000 (Including Kiwi)

    Standard Working hours : 37.5 hours / week
