About the Role
We are seeking a QBR Specialist to join us in this engine room to drive enterprise-wide alignment, performance and value.
This isn’t your standard planning, commercial or transformation role. We’re looking for someone who can connect strategy to action and partner and challenge the business to sharpen focus, drive accountability, and ensure value delivery.
With a unique enterprise-wide standpoint in an iconic organisation, you’ll be hands‑on in shaping how our business units prioritise and deliver. From challenging OKRs and KPIs to facilitating key decisions, you’ll bring clarity, focus and discipline to decision‑making.
You won’t just run the QBR process – you’ll continually improve it, making planning smarter, easier and more impactful.
You’ll partner with leaders at all levels to understand and embrace the QBR cycle, helping leaders and teams lift their capability, align around shared goals, and deliver outcomes that matter.
