Are you a strategic leader who loves seeing real change land on the ground and not just on a slide deck?

We're looking for a Senior Change & Capability Manager to lead transformation across Gilmours Wholesale, helping our people and stores thrive as we build the next generation of Gilmours (our Gilmours 3.0 journey).

This is a rare opportunity to be both hands-on and strategic — driving change across major initiatives, while designing the learning experiences and capability frameworks that help our B2B workforce grow, adapt, and succeed.

As part of our Wholesale Customer & Transformation team, you'll sit at the heart of where people, process, and purpose meet — shaping how change comes to life across our stores and support centre.

What you'll do :

Lead change strategy : Design and deliver enterprise-wide change frameworks that help new systems, processes, and ways of working stick — smoothly.

Build capability : Create modern, practical learning programs that uplift performance across stores and empower our B2B teams to grow with confidence.

Drive engagement : Craft communication and engagement plans that connect people to purpose and inspire buy-in at every level.

Collaborate & influence : Partner with owner-operators, leaders, and cross-functional teams to embed change where it matters most — in how we serve our customers every day.
