Pay rate : $28–32 per hour (paid weekly, experience dependent)

Looking for steady, long-term work in Christchurch's civil construction sector? We’re seeking an experienced Class 4 Truck Driver with Road Ranger experience to join a hardworking crew on varied civil sites across the city. If you’re ready to get stuck in and help the team beyond the wheel, this role is for you.

About the role

You’ll be a key part of a civil construction team working on projects such as subdivisions, drainage, roadworks, and general site development. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be expected to labour as well as drive.

Your duties will include :

• Operating Class 4 trucks (Road Ranger gearbox) for carting aggregate, spoil, and materials
• Tipping, loading, and manoeuvring safely on active civil sites
• Performing daily vehicle checks and maintaining a clean, safe truck
• Assisting with labouring duties such as digging, spotting, and general site work
• Following health & safety procedures and working as part of a crew
