• Meet and greet customers at their vehiclesHandle workshop enquiries and service bookingsWrite repair orders and follow Kodawari proceduresKeep customers updated on vehicle progressOrganise courtesy vehiclesEstimate costs and timeframes for agreed workGain authorisation for additional workMonitor and follow up on job progress to meet deadlinesHelp grow new business within the service departmentPromote the dealership and Toyota brandComplete all internal, online, and classroom trainingWork closely with Parts and Sales departmentsMaintain a clean, professional appearanceCarry out reasonable requests from the Service Manager42.5 Hours per week between 7 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pmApplicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.Applications Close : 31 / 10 / 2025Apply online for this role or contact Toyota NZ for more information.
