What does the Customer Service and Sales person do?

This multifaceted counter-based role supports branch operations, including assisting customers at the counter, unpacking and receipting goods, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders, loading delivery vehicles, and ensuring timely delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities also include managing inbound / outbound goods, stocktakes, helping customers find products, and processing sales.

The role involves welcoming customers, listening to their needs, and providing sound advice.
