Salesperson - New Plymouth (Casual)

Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity

We're currently looking for a motivated salesperson to support our New Plymouth  store . You will be working on a casual basis, and we require flexibility across the week.

You will concentrate on :

• Providing retail sales and customer service to our shareholders
• Giving advice to customers on a range of sheep and beef, dry stock, and general agricultural products
• Operating a point of sale (POS) system
• Helping and maintaining the bulk store
• Completing administrative tasks such as ordering and receipting of stock

Mōhou ake  | About you

We're looking for someone with a sound background in the farming sector and a broad knowledge of products and services. You will also have proven experience in retail sales or customer service.

• You will have sound computer skills
• You will have a full clean Class 1 driver's license
• You will be physically fit as there will be lifting and manual handling tasks

Bonus Points for :

• A forklift licence.
• A first aid licence.
