OverviewFull-Time Permanent Position, Auckland LocationWe are seeking a Business Analyst to join a dynamic Product and Innovation Team within a leading organization specializing in data-driven financial services.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational strategies, policies, and practices by providing robust, innovative, yet prudent support for technology and systems.The RoleAs a member of the team, your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with the software development team to support the organization's technology and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesGathering, validating, and documenting business requirements and technical processes.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create functional specifications for solutions.Consulting and making necessary changes to Business Process and Design.Identifying product improvements and innovative solutions.Assisting with the implementation and testing of solutions.Developing, implementing, and maintaining a customer support / help system.Upholding health and safety obligations, including the well-being of colleagues.What You\'ll BringWe are looking for a professional with a strong mix of technical and business acumen, a drive for results, and excellent interpersonal skills.Technical SkillsA curious mindset focused on understanding how data-driven products work, including happy paths and edge cases.Ability to clearly explain analytical findings and present options for delivering business objectives.Solid technical understanding of software (e.g., applications, data, integration, databases, business systems, APIs).
