National Account Manager – Lindt

At DKSH, we proudly represent Lindt, one of the world’s most iconic premium chocolate brands. We’re seeking a talented National Account Manager to lead Lindt in the WWNZ and TWL accounts.

This hands‑on role requires strong sales expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You’ll drive growth, profitability, and category success while delivering a premium brand experience to shoppers nationwide.

Your Role :

Reporting to the Business Manager – Lindt, you will :

  • Own the Lindt brand across WWNZ and TWL, managing day‑to‑day relationships with key category managers
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, promotional programs, NPD presentations, and category reviews
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through trade spend management, pricing strategy, and promotions
  • Provide accurate sales and A&P forecasts in line with S&OP processes
  • Analyse market and category data (IRI, Nielsen, Aztec) to identify opportunities and optimise strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and field sales teams to ensure excellent in‑store execution

About You :

  • Proven FMCG account management experience, ideally in the NZ grocery sector
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial capability; confident using IRI, Nielsen, and Aztec data
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP (desirable)
