Site Engineer

Overview

We are on the lookout for a Site Engineer to join our skilled and dedicated team working on a range of projects across the Canterbury region. If you have a background in civil construction, this is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects that support our communities. You’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery, working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Depending on the scale and complexity of the project, you’ll either take the lead or assist senior staff with planning, coordination, and execution. We are looking for someone who can adapt to changing site conditions, lead by example, and approach every project with initiative and drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist with planning, coordination, and execution on civil construction projects, depending on project scale and complexity.
• Support project delivery by working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure safety, timeliness, and quality.
• Adapt to changing site conditions and lead by example with initiative and drive.
