Platform Manager - Crm And Business Automation

Job descriptionleverage a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Own the enterprise roadmap and backlog for the CRM and business automation platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into platform capabilities. Prioritise and manage delivery through agile practices, working closely with developers, testers, and BAs. Ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture. Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the platform. Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to guide enhancements. Manage vendor relationships and licensing where applicable. About You Proven experience managing CRM or business automation platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power Platform). Strong understanding of agile delivery and cross-functional team collaboration. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Be the strategic owner of a high-impact platform. Work with a diverse set of business groups delivering outcomes for critical New Zealand services. Drive meaningful change and automation across the business.
