As a Strategic Technology Platform Owner, you will lead the strategic direction and ownership of the technology platforms that enable delivery across IAG. This role is focused on identifying, shaping, and governing the tools and platforms that support how initiatives and work are delivered—ensuring they are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with enterprise goals.

You'll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand delivery needs, assess emerging tooling capabilities, and make strategic recommendations that enhance transparency, agility, and value delivery. Your remit includes platform ownership across delivery tooling—such as Jira Align and related technologies—ensuring they are optimally configured, adopted, and continuously improved.

You will guide the lifecycle of delivery platforms, from strategic evaluation and onboarding to governance and optimisation, while driving data quality, platform capability uplift, and innovation through Gen AI and Agentic AI.

This is a permanent role open to candidates in Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for a strategic thinker and platform owner who thrives in complex, agile environments. You bring a strong blend of delivery tooling expertise, enterprise strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will bring :

Proven experience in strategic platform ownership (ideally for delivery tooling)

Ability to translate delivery needs into platform capabilities and strategic recommendations

Familiarity with tools that support enterprise agility (e.g., Jira Align, Confluence, etc.)

Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and building capability across virtual teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change

Experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI to enhance business insights and drive innovation

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business or technology discipline
