Location : Auckland, Cambridge or Mount Maunganui

RPC Land Surveyors are a well‑respected, long established surveying company with offices in Mount Maunganui, Auckland and Cambridge.

We have an exciting opportunity for a civil engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is flexible on location, choose to be based in either Auckland, Cambridge or Mount Maunganui.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in land development, have a strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes & standards and have completed their CPEng (or close to). You will be involved in planning & conducting a diverse range of design civil works. Ideally, you will have the ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary team, have strong analytical & design skills as well as expertise in project and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in the development and implementation of engineering designs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes and regulations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies
