About the role

We’re on the lookout for new Intermediate and Senior Civil Engineers to join our Land Development team in Auckland. If you\'re looking to play a key role in the design and delivery of major land development projects, we\'d love to hear from you.

We have an exciting forward workload including large-scale greenfield and brownfield residential development, infrastructure, commercial and industrial developments that shape the future of our local communities. You will :

• Provide technical expertise and design solutions (Civil 3D and 12D) to deliver a range of complex civil engineering projects from initial concept design through to construction completion.
• Ensure efficient project delivery while being hands-on with preliminary designs, supervising detailed designs, calculations, plan and on-site investigations.
• Maintain existing client relationships and contribute towards business development initiatives such as identifying opportunities and writing proposals to enhance HG’s future project prospects.
• Guide and coach junior team members in an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements within our industry and contribute towards the adoption of new technologies to enhance our digital intelligence capabilities.
• Play a key role in shaping better urban development for a diverse range of public and private clients across Aotearoa
