JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic Department Managers to join the team at McDonald’s. As a 24-hour business, we offer flexibility to suit your schedule.

Qualifications :

Management experience in hospitality and retail is preferred. Completion of McDonald’s management training program at a department level is advantageous. Relevant courses such as Developing the Leader in Me (DLM), previously IDM or ASM, or specific department courses like Customer Experience Course (CEC), People Performance Course (PPC), or Product Quality Course (PQC) are beneficial. A current first aid and fire training certificate is preferable.
