Executive Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our CEO and provide administration support to our Property Team.About the RoleAs the EA to the CEO, you'll be the right hand to our leader, ensuring her day runs smoothly, priorities are managed, and communication is streamlined across the business.

In addition, you'll assist our Property Team with administration, scheduling, and project coordination.This role is dynamic, varied, and perfect for someone who enjoys balancing executive support with broader business administration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level support to the CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparationAssist with correspondence, reporting, and presentationsLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEOProvide administration support to the Property Team, including document management, data entry, and project assistanceHelp coordinate property-related projects, leases, and compliance requirementsEnsure confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all timesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as an EA, PA, or senior administratorStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate needsThe ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Big Save?
