• As Senior Analyst you will be a member of the Financial Performance team within the Chief Financial Officer Group.

You will play a pivotal role supporting the Housing Delivery and Design (HDD) Transformation Work Programme and the Housing Delivery Group (HDG).

You will be responsible for monitoring performance of HDD Transformation initiatives and leading HDG construction reporting, providing pro-active advice on financial risk in relation to the construction programme.You will provide expert financial and commercial advice on the cost of construction, facilitating the delivery of short and long-term business outcomes through critical analysis, advice, and reporting that drives performance.In addition, you will lead and coordinate the annual construction budgeting cycle, as well as being responsible for the delivery of accurate construction forecasts, comprehensive variance analysis, and actionable insights to drive performance.
