About the role :

Join our IT Shared Services team on a 6-month fixed term contract and play a key role in managing and improving our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. You'll provide advanced technical support, drive system upgrades, and ensure the security and reliability of critical platforms across two data centres and multiple business systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver robust, scalable solutions for a fast-paced logistics and transport environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure – including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Administer core systems – Active Directory, Intune, O365, and enterprise applications (TMS, WMS, FMIS).
• Manage patching and security – proactively apply updates, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues – across infrastructure, networking, and applications.
• Support projects and deployments – assist with migrations, upgrades, and new technology rollouts.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively – with stakeholders, vendors, and the IT team to meet SLAs and deliver quality outcomes.
