Laundry Worker

Queenstown Luxury Linen is seeking a motivated Laundry Worker to join our growing team in Queenstown. You’ll play an important part in helping us deliver premium, clean, and beautifully presented linens for local hotels, lodges, and accommodation providers.

This is a hands-on role in a friendly and fast-paced environment where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail are key. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and record soiled linen and towels for processing
• Load, sort, and batch soiled linen into designated bins for appropriate wash cycles
• Operate and monitor industrial washers, dryers, and folding equipment, ensuring correct programs are being used
• Feed, fold, and finish linen using automated or manual equipment
• Inspect linen quality throughout the process to ensure high standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare clean linen for delivery
• Load and unload laundry from delivery vehicles; ensure accurate order handling
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Assist with general housekeeping and team tasks as needed
