My client is seeking an experienced Legal Executive with a strong background in residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions, and commercial law. In this role, you'll offer expert legal support and guidance to clients while independently managing a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities :

• Handling a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions, including acquisitions and subdivisions.
• Delivering specialist legal guidance on property law matters.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and provide customized legal solutions.
• Conducting thorough legal research to stay updated on industry regulations and trends.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to contribute to the firm's ongoing growth.
