Great opportunity to kickstart your legal career to provide secretarial and administration support to our Legal Conveyancing team!
What will you do?
We are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our Legal team. Our Legal team carries out the conveyancing for the purchase and surrender of occupation rights. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to :
- Work closely with our Legal Executives to assist with all aspects of conveyancing transactions related to the sale and purchase of Occupation Rights across our portfolio of retirement villages.
- Administer shared Outlook mailboxes for the Legal Conveyancing team.
- Collaborate with our Legal Executives to address queries from Sales Team, Village Managers, and other stakeholders promptly.
- Process new contracts for prospective residents, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our content management systems.
- Preparing legal documentation.
- Conduct Landonline searches and set up e-dealings.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required to support the Legal and Conveyancing teams.
