What Youll Do :

Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented Occupational Therapy teamManage a small clinical caseloadCoordinate service delivery, streamline caseloads, and drive interdisciplinary excellenceSupport tamariki and their whaanau with hands-on, meaningful careChampion professional development and continuous learning within the teamLead innovative quality improvement and service design initiativesEmbed cultural safety and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi in everyday practiceWhat You Bring :

NZ-registered Occupational Therapist with a current APCAt least 6 years experience, ideally in paediatrics or child developmentA proven leader with a heart for mentoring and team buildingA collaborative spirit and strong clinical decision-making skillsA deep commitment to equity and culturally responsive careA full NZ drivers licenceWhat We Offer :
