Sample Prep Labourer

Overview

We have opportunities for hard working, physically strong people to assist with the processing of mine samples in a local Waihi Factory. This is a friendly team environment and would be a great job for the right person where you have the potential to grow into a career.

Shift and Availability

You will need to be able to commit to shifts of 4 days on / 4 days off, 12 hour shifts so weekend work is a must on the rotation and reliability is a key requirement for the roles.

Role and Environment

The role entails working with rock samples, so you must be comfortable working around hot ovens, machinery and a dusty environment. Training will be provided.

• Proactive and able to use your initiative
• A team player
• Be legally entitled to work in NZ with strong English
• Reliable and with own transportation
• Have work references
• Be able to pass a Drug Screen and Ministry of Justice Checks
