Digital Insights Specialist – Westpac New Zealand
About the Role
Use Adobe Analytics and other bank data to support the Digital channel's performance and optimisation by creating reporting, insights and recommendations based on your analysis of customer usage, behaviour and engagement within the channel.
Support and upskill other users of Adobe Analytics through coaching.
Create and maintain scalable automated reporting that can be used across the Digital team and other business units.
Act as an advisor within the Digital space, proactively seek insights and make recommendations to support the Digital team's goals.
Support Digital Experience Owners and their squads with reporting tailored to their needs.
Provide training and coaching to other team members, enabling self-service from Adobe Analytics.
Act as a subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics data usage, within the Digital team and data projects.
Perform related duties as assigned, within the scope of role and as required by senior leadership.
What will you bring?
2+ years experience with Adobe Analytics.
Ability to visualise data and communicate findings effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to work with complex data from multiple sources.
Additional experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, Google Analytics advantageous.
