Project Manager (Enterprise IT Systems / xCloud)

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the full lifecycle of enterprise IT systems.

Leading end-to-end project management from planning to implementation and support.

Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Managing system deployment activities, including occasional weekend support.

Ensuring compliance with governance and audit standards.

Supporting systems during warranty and maintenance phases to ensure operational continuity.

Handling procurement processes, including drafting specifications and evaluating proposals.

Preparing documentation for project approvals and updates.

Managing incident resolution and user support coordination.

Organizing meetings and performing secretariat duties such as minute-taking and agenda setting.

Monitoring project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT professional with the following qualifications :

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in IT project and operations management.

Familiarity with public sector IT governance and procurement processes.

Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.

Experience supporting both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Knowledge of cloud technologies, application modernization, and container platforms is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage incidents effectively.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

A proactive mindset with strong planning and organizational abilities.
