Our Ramp / Ground Handling division at Dunedin International Airport is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in meeting aircraft, unloading / loading luggage and cargo, and dispatching aircraft in a safe and timely manner while enjoying the fast-paced environment of an airport.

We have several permanent positions available for dynamic staff willing to jump into : Sorting luggage for arrival and departureLoading and unloading of aircraftCleaning AircraftDriving a range of vehicles and machineryDispatching of Aircraft (Pushbacks and Head-setting)Peaks and Valleys of high-intensity physical work.

RequirementsAbility to lift 32kgs to above shoulder heightPass a pre-employment medical examinationFull New Zealand Driver LicensePermanent staff able to work a 24 / 7 rotating rosterFlexible to changing day-to-day situations (Aircraft Delays / Diverts etc)Previous airline experience would be an advantage but is not a requirementPaid training for the role includes 2-3 weeks of a mixture of classroom, e-learning, and practical assessments Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory – this includes holding a valid work visa that covers the whole period of employmentIn order to be considered you must have the ability to obtain an Airport Security Card, Police Check and pass a medical, including a Drug & Alcohol Screen
