We're now looking for a Café Assistant for our Cambridge Village who shares our love for people and hospitality.ResponsibilitiesPreparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standardProviding outstanding barista servicesAssisting with catering for village events and resident functionsHandling cash and reconciling daily takingsYou'll work closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that's welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.Hours are : Tuesday – Saturday 9.30am–2.30pmQualificationsPrevious hospitality or café experienceSuperb barista skillsA warm, friendly personality with great customer service skillsExcellent communication and the ability to multitaskThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationWhen you're part of the Summerset team, you belong to a place where your work has real impact, who you are is fully embraced and where your career flourishes.
