Retail Manager

We are looking for a fulltim retail superstar to join our team as a Retail Manager at S & H TRADING LIMITED.

As Store Manager, you will take charge of the entire store; ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience they deserve.

We are in the heart of the Rotorua community and provide an essential service to the locals.

Minimum guaranteed hours : at least 30 hours weekly - Max 48 hours

Job Description

Oversee daily operations

Determine product mix, inventory levels and service standards

Establish and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and set prices

Promote the products and services

Sell products and services to customers and advise them on product use

Maintain inventory levels and financial transaction records

Manage the budget

Select, train and supervise personnel

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Applicants for this role should have :

Related work experience (at least 2 years), or a diploma in management, or a bachelor's degree in any discipline

A confident people leader with experience managing a small team

A great communicator and able to get your message across all levels

Holder of high standards, attention to detail, integrity and ability to think outside of the square

Problem solver and able to take action to enable solutions

A can do and professional attitude
