Right now, we're looking for a fixed term Assistant Store Manager to join our Otaki store starting in October to cover maternity leave!

About The Role

This is a 6 month maternity leave fixed term opportunity (32.5 Hours per week). Mon : 8.45am-5.15pm | Tues-Thurs : 10.30am-4.30pm | Sun : 8.45am-5.15pm.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily.
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience.
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.
