David Henry School is seeking a passionate and skilled teacher to join our team in 2026. We are looking for someone with strong behaviour management who sets clear expectations while building positive relationships with students.

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator who works respectfully with staff, students, and whānau, and who models our WHARE values. Knowledge of BSLA and Oxford Maths and a willingness to contribute to team development is essential.

We need someone who can push our children forward in their learning, ensuring progress is visible, celebrated, and sustained. We are looking for a teacher who relates well to children, brings creativity and their own flair to the classroom, and is committed to making a real difference for our tamariki.
