Digital Media Graduate (Start ASAP)

Digital Media Graduate role supporting media services delivery, client engagement, and financial operations at Monks in Auckland.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

• Develop foundational understanding of APAC Media business strategy and team functions.
• Complete timesheets accurately and assist with financial tasks such as mock billing and invoice troubleshooting under senior guidance.
• Contribute to forecasting and financial tracking within the team.
• Develop technical knowledge of Monks’ media services and platform tools.
• Participate in delivery of managed and advisory media services with support.
• Ensure adherence to client contracts, deliverables, and SLAs.
• Support client relationship management activities with senior oversight.
• Assist in maintaining high-quality delivery and consistent communication.
• Actively participate as a mentee in the mentoring program and provide / gather peer feedback.
• Dedicate time to research and development, sharing learnings with peers and clients.
• Engage in training to grow presentation skills, media platform knowledge, and execution capabilities.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives and support senior team members in day-to-day tasks.
