Digital Media Graduate (Start Asap)

Digital Media Graduate role supporting media services delivery, client engagement, and financial operations at Monks in Auckland.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

Develop foundational understanding of APAC Media business strategy and team functions.

Complete timesheets accurately and assist with financial tasks such as mock billing and invoice troubleshooting under senior guidance.

Contribute to forecasting and financial tracking within the team.

Develop technical knowledge of Monks' media services and platform tools.

Participate in delivery of managed and advisory media services with support.

Ensure adherence to client contracts, deliverables, and SLAs.

Support client relationship management activities with senior oversight.

Assist in maintaining high-quality delivery and consistent communication.

Actively participate as a mentee in the mentoring program and provide / gather peer feedback.

Dedicate time to research and development, sharing learnings with peers and clients.

Engage in training to grow presentation skills, media platform knowledge, and execution capabilities.

Collaborate on internal initiatives and support senior team members in day-to-day tasks.

About You

What you'll need :

Recent graduate with background or interest in media, marketing, digital advertising, communications, or related field.

Eagerness to learn and apply media concepts practically.

Exposure to or interest in digital media platforms and tools is a plus.

Proactive, curious, and organised with strong attention to detail and time management.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.

Willingness to receive guidance and gradually take on more responsibility.

Developing self-prioritisation and presentation skills.

Enthusiastic contributor to team culture and internal collaboration.
