Territory Manager (Masterton / Palmerston North)
Full-time Permanent contract.
Location : Masterton / Palmerston North.
Function : Sales.
As a Territory Manager, you will oversee customer relationships within the assigned territory and drive all sales cycle objectives.
Responsibilities include cultivating strong connections with outlets, implementing account plans to grow value and volume, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing activations, meeting NPD speed-to-market targets, and handling promotional activities.
You will also acquire new customers, renew existing outlet agreements, and deliver volume, value, and GDM targets.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Business (desired)
1–2 years of selling experience
Proven success as a sales professional in the FMCG industry
Coaching / mentoring skills
